Preheat oven to 350. If you are making sausage gravy from scratch start with a pound of ground sausage and cook until brown. Sprinkle 2-3 tablespoons of flour and mix well. Slowly add in 2 1/2- 3 cups of milk. Let thicken. Next scramble your eggs.
Grease a 10x10 casserole dish and break your biscuits into pieces and place in the casserole dish. Pour the sausage gravy on top. Place scrambled eggs on top and top with cheese.
Cover and place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes until middle is done.
