Grilled Cheese Bombs
Grilled cheese bombs?! Say no more! The perfect twist on the classic grilled cheese and tomato soup! It’s been so cold here and this was the perfect quick meal!

Ingredients
- 1 8 count can buttermilk biscuits
- Cubed Cheddar Cheese or any cheese you like!
- 4 tbsp butter melted
- 1 tbps garlic salt
- 2 tbsp parsley finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Open the can of biscuits, separate the dough and cut each round in half. Press the dough so it is more round.
- In a small bowl add the butter, garlic salt, parsley, and salt.
- Place 1 piece of cheese in the center of each piece of dough. Fold the edges over the cheese and seal. Place each dough ball seam side down on a cookie sheet or pie dish.
- Brush with the melted butter mixture. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until the tops of the cheese bombs are golden brown. Remove from the oven, brush with butter again and serve with tomato soup!
