Crockpot Cheeseburger Casserole
It’s crockpot season!! Honestly I could do crockpot meals year round because it’s easy but we’ve been having cooler weather and I’ve been wanting to make some casseroles.
This is an easy meal to whip up and forget about and come home to sometbknf delicious for the whole family to enjoy.

Ingredients
- 2 lb cooked ground beef
- 1 package frozen hash browns
- 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1/2 cup diced dill pickles
- 2 T yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- in a pan, cook the ground beef, add in the mustard, Worcestershire, seasoning and onion. Cook until down and add to crockpot. In the crockpot add in the cream of mushroom soup, milk, pickles, 1/2 the cheese and hash browns. Mix well and cook on high 3 hours or low 5 hours.
- Once the casserole is cooked, top with remaining cheese, put the lid on and let melt.
- Serve with diced tomatoes, ketchup or any of your favorite cheeseburger toppings!
