The cold foams from Starbucks are one of my favorites to pair with their cold brew! Since moving to Wyoming I have had to get used to not going to Starbucks every other day, which truthfully I’m a homebody anyways so going out everyday doesn’t work and my wallet thanks me!
Hence the term “Homebody Barista” I love creating drinks at home that I can enjoy anytime of the day without stepping out the door! Since summer is coming to an end, I thought it was time to bring out my favorite Coconut Creme Creamer made by coffee mate and turn it into a cold foam.
Let’s get started!
Ingredients
Method
- 1. Place all the ingredients in a large measuring cup and with an immersion blender, blend until the consistency becomes thick and cloud like.2. Fill a glass with ice and cold brew or your favorite iced coffee.3. Pour on the foam. 4. Enjoy!
Notes
You MUST use heavy cream! Heavy whipping cream does not work. I have tried half and half as well and that also does not work. I have heard that a good blender will work but this did not work for me either. My immersion blender did the trick and works consistently every time!
👍🏻
I tried your recipe and it turned out great. I substituted Hazelnut creamer and added only 1 tsp. of vanilla. So yummy! I will certainly make this again and again and again!! 😋😋😋
