Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 C heavy cream
  • 1/3 C milk
  • 1 T vanilla extract
  • 1 T coconut cream creamer

Method
 

  1. 1. Place all the ingredients in a large measuring cup and with an immersion blender, blend until the consistency becomes thick and cloud like.
    2. Fill a glass with ice and cold brew or your favorite iced coffee.
    3. Pour on the foam.
    4. Enjoy!

    Notes

    You MUST use heavy cream! Heavy whipping cream does not work. I have tried half and half as well and that also does not work. I have heard that a good blender will work but this did not work for me either. My immersion blender did the trick and works consistently every time!
