Say hello to your new obsession: the Citrus Coconut Refresher! This one has been on repeat in my kitchen lately — it’s juicy, hydrating, and gives the ultimate tropical-meets-citrus vibes. Whether you need a midday pick-me-up or a mocktail to sip by the pool, this drink checks every box.

Let’s get started!

Say hello to your new obsession: the Citrus Coconut Refresher! This one has been on repeat for me lately! It’s juicy, hydrating, and gives the ultimate tropical-meets-citrus vibes. Whether you need a midday pick-me-up or a mocktail to sip by the pool, this drink checks every box.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup grapefruit, chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange, chopped
  • 1/2 lemon, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sugar (I use coconut sugar for a richer taste)
  • 1 Tbsp coconut syrup (optional, but highly recommended – I love the Torani brand!)
  • Coconut water or plain water
  • Ice

Instructions:

In a large cup, add the chopped grapefruit, orange, and lemon.

Sprinkle in the coconut sugar and muddle everything well to release the juices.

Add a generous amount of ice.

Pour in the coconut syrup if using, then top off with coconut water (or plain water if you prefer).

Pop a lid on, give it a good shake, and then punch a hole in the top for your straw.

Sip and feel instantly refreshed!

I’m so inspired by the WYLDlife Fund. From creating safer wildlife crossings and protecting important habitat to getting kids outside and helping them build a love for Wyoming’s outdoors, they’re turning a shared love for this place into meaningful action. Foundations are doing amazing work like this all across the country.
