- In a large cup, add the chopped grapefruit, orange, and lemon.
- Sprinkle in the coconut sugar and muddle everything well to release the juices.
- Add a generous amount of ice.
- Pour in the coconut syrup if using, then top off with coconut water (or plain water if you prefer).
- Pop a lid on, give it a good shake, and then punch a hole in the top for your straw.
