Citrus Coconut Refresher

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup grapefruit chopped
  • 1/4 cup orange chopped
  • 1/2 lemon chopped
  • 1 Tbsp sugar I use coconut sugar for a richer taste
  • 1 Tbsp coconut syrup optional, but highly recommended – I love the Torani brand!
  • Coconut water or plain water
  • Ice

Method
 

  1. In a large cup, add the chopped grapefruit, orange, and lemon.
  2. Sprinkle in the coconut sugar and muddle everything well to release the juices.
  3. Add a generous amount of ice.
  4. Pour in the coconut syrup if using, then top off with coconut water (or plain water if you prefer).
  5. Pop a lid on, give it a good shake, and then punch a hole in the top for your straw.
  6. Sip and feel instantly refreshed!
