Chicken Parmesan Sliders
Another 30 Minutes and less dinner night! I used leftover chicken from my air fryer rotisserie chicken to make this dish and it was so easy and good! Can easily be doubled and great for a crowd! You could also bake up some chicken and shred it with your hand mixer!
Let’s get started!
Ingredients
- SLIDERS
- 1 pack Kings Hawaiian rolls
- 2.5 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 6 slices mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices provolone
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp onion salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian herbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- BUTTER TOPPING
- ¼ cup butter, melted
- 3 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Split your rolls in half, place the bottom half in a prepared baking dish. Set the top half to the side
2. Top the bottom buns with the provolone slices. In a bowl mix the shredding chicken, sauce, onion salt, Italian herbs, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella slices. Place the top half of the buns on top.
3. In a small pot, mix together the butter, garlic, salt Parmesan and parsley. Let melt. Brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter mixture. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake another 5 Minutes.
4. Remove from oven, slice, and serve. I like to heat up some extra sauce to dip them in!
