
Say hello to your new obsession: the Citrus Coconut Refresher! This one has been on repeat for me lately! It’s juicy, hydrating, and gives the ultimate tropical-meets-citrus vibes. Whether you need a midday pick-me-up or a mocktail to sip by the pool, this drink checks every box.
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup grapefruit, chopped
- 1/4 cup orange, chopped
- 1/2 lemon, chopped
- 1 Tbsp sugar (I use coconut sugar for a richer taste)
- 1 Tbsp coconut syrup (optional, but highly recommended – I love the Torani brand!)
- Coconut water or plain water
- Ice
Instructions:
In a large cup, add the chopped grapefruit, orange, and lemon.
Sprinkle in the coconut sugar and muddle everything well to release the juices.
Add a generous amount of ice.
Pour in the coconut syrup if using, then top off with coconut water (or plain water if you prefer).
Pop a lid on, give it a good shake, and then punch a hole in the top for your straw.
Sip and feel instantly refreshed!
