Lavender Simple syrup
Combine equal parts sugar and water to a pot, I usually do 1 cup of each. Then I add in 2 tbsp of culinary dried lavender. Let it simmer, remove from heat and let cool. Strain the lavender out and store in an airtight container, it will keep in the fride for up to a month. I like to use these syrup containers!
