Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin
Teriyaki is just so good and did you know it’s so easy to make your own sauce so you can make your own chicken and pork teriyaki dishes at home? This pork tenderloin marinated in homemade teriyaki sauce is just too good not to share with y’all! Serve it over homemade fried rice to make it better!

Ingredients
- 1 pound pork tenderloin
- 1 Tbs vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 3 Tbs brown sugar
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbs corn starch
- sesame seeds and green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Combine the soy sauce, orange juice, garlic, sesame oil, and brown sugar. Place the pork tenderloin in a ziploc gallon bag and pour in half of the sauce mixture and set the rest aside. Let it marinate in the fridge for an hour.
- Take the tenderloin on a pan or the grill and cook for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. While that cooks place the remaining sauce in a pan, combine the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water and add to the mixture. Let simmer until thickened. If you are making homage fried rice get that prepared as well.
- Take the pork out and slice. Plate with fried rice and pork and sauce on top. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
