Sheet Pan Burgers

March 8, 2025

If you’re looking for the ultimate busy week night meal, you have come to the right place! This meal only takes about 20 minutes, and you are left with the most delicious burger. Let’s dive in.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ pounds for ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp mustard
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 6 slices of American cheese
  • slider rolls (sliced in half)
  • Sliced pickles, onions, lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard for serving
  • Burger Sauce (see notes)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, add the ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic and onion powder, salt, and pepper. Combine the ingredients. Press the mixture evenly in a 10×10 pan. You can use whatever pan works for you too!
  2. Bake the meat for 10-15 minutes or until browned and no longer pink in the middle. Drain any excess grease. Top with cheese and bake again for another 2 minutes. Remove and place on the the bottom half of the sliders (I usually have to cut the burger to fit on the sliders)
  3. Combine all the burger sauce ingredients and mix well. Assemble with your favorite toppings and then drizzle on the mayo mixture. Add the top bun and cut accordingly and serve!

Notes:

Burger Sauce ingredients
1/3 C mayo
3 Tablespoons ketchup
2 Tablespoons dill pickle relish
1 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
