You’re probably thinking “what?! Sour cream??” YUP! Sour cream in baked goods is a secret my family has been using to make their cakes moist. It works every single time!

I’ve been craving some banana cake and whipped up a quick bundt version with the sour cream. It came hot out of the oven and into our mouths pretty quickly! It’s got the right amount of sugar, bananas and even chopped walnuts.

This cake is perfect for morning with your coffee or tea!

Let’s get started!

    Notes

We like to eat ours plain, but it's also good with a simple glaze!

Did I DIY my own maternity photos? Yes, yes I did Did I DIY my own maternity photos? Yes, yes I did 😂 might delete later, but truthfully? This pregnancy, that has been high risk, touch and go and a rollercoaster since 20 weeks had me in some rough spots at times. This was the first day I actually wanted to get myself together and I knew I’d regret it if I didn’t capture my bump at 34 weeks. We’re hanging on for as long as possible but I have a feeling she’ll be here soon❤️
