Friends, it's crazy good for a reason! So light and refershing and perfect for any side dish, to take to a party or pair it with some grilled chicken. Did I mention how good it tastes? you'll be addicted... you're welcome!

3 slices Italian salami, sliced thin
1 head Romaine
3 slices large pepperoni, sliced thin
1 can garbanzo beans
1/4 pound mozzarella cheese shredded
1/2 cup diced tomato
1/4 cup diced red onion
¼ cup olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
Course Salt & fresh cracked black pepper
1/4 cup grated parmesan
1 tsp dried basil
Chop of the romaine lettuce super fine and add to a bowl, followed by the salami and pepperoni, garbanzo beans, mozzarella and dried Italian herbs.
Next in a bowl, add in the olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, basil, salt and pepper and parmesan cheese and mix well. Pour over the salad and mix well.
Enjoy as the main dish or add some grilled steak or chicken!
