- Chop of the romaine lettuce super fine and add to a bowl, followed by the salami and pepperoni, garbanzo beans, mozzarella and dried Italian herbs.
- Next in a bowl, add in the olive oil, red wine vinegar, mustard, basil, salt and pepper and parmesan cheese and mix well. Pour over the salad and mix well.
- Enjoy as the main dish or add some grilled steak or chicken!
