How have I never done a homemade caramel macchiato before?! It was TOO EASY…. Too easy my friends and you’re about to save yourself a ton of money!

Iced Caramel Macchiato

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • caramel sauce
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¾ cup milk or non-dairy
  • ¼ tsp vanilla syrup
  • 2 shots espresso or cold brew about 1/4 cup

Method
 

  1. Drizzle caramel sauce lightly around the inside of a tall glass and fill the glass with ice.
  2. Pour in milk and vanilla syrup and stir.
  3. Brew two shots of espresso and pour them over the milk slowly. I like to use my favorite cold brew as well!
  4. Drizzle with more caramel sauce!
    Enjoy!
  5. Tip! In the summer, freeze coffee in an ice cube tray so it doesn’t get watered down! I like to use these ice cube trays

• 1/2 block cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 4 oz Cool Whip
• 1 Tbsp vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste

Mix everything together, chill, and serve with your favorite fruit. That’s it!
