Iced Caramel Macchiato

Ingredients
  

  • caramel sauce
  • 1 cup ice
  • ¾ cup milk or non-dairy
  • ¼ tsp vanilla syrup
  • 2 shots espresso or cold brew about 1/4 cup

Method
 

  1. Drizzle caramel sauce lightly around the inside of a tall glass and fill the glass with ice.
  2. Pour in milk and vanilla syrup and stir.
  3. Brew two shots of espresso and pour them over the milk slowly. I like to use my favorite cold brew as well!
  4. Drizzle with more caramel sauce!

  5. Tip! In the summer, freeze coffee in an ice cube tray so it doesn't get watered down! I like to use these ice cube trays
