Another 30 Minutes and less dinner night! I used leftover chicken from my air fryer rotisserie chicken to make this dish and it was so easy and good! Can easily be doubled and great for a crowd! You could also bake up some chicken and shred it with your hand mixer!
Let’s get started!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Split your rolls in half, place the bottom half in a prepared baking dish. Set the top half to the side2. Top the bottom buns with the provolone slices. In a bowl mix the shredding chicken, sauce, onion salt, Italian herbs, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Top with mozzarella slices. Place the top half of the buns on top.3. In a small pot, mix together the butter, garlic, salt Parmesan and parsley. Let melt. Brush the top of the rolls with the melted butter mixture. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes, covered. Uncover and bake another 5 Minutes.4. Remove from oven, slice, and serve. I like to heat up some extra sauce to dip them in!
