- In a small pot add the whipping cream and caramel and let heat through. Do not let it simmer or boil. Take off the heat.2. In a cup, coat the inside with maple syrup, add ice and coffee. Froth the caramel mixture till it is nice and foamy.3. Pour on top, add a straw and enjoy!
