Maple Iced Coffee With Caramel Foam

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 C heavy whipping cream
  • Tbsp Caramel
  • Maple Syrup
  • 3/4 C iced coffee
  • ice

Method
 

  1. In a small pot add the whipping cream and caramel and let heat through. Do not let it simmer or boil. Take off the heat.
    2. In a cup, coat the inside with maple syrup, add ice and coffee. Froth the caramel mixture till it is nice and foamy.
    3. Pour on top, add a straw and enjoy!
