Bacon Mushroom Sloppy Joe Cheeseburgers
The perfect burger without the grill or the extra time to patty the burgers! This sloppy Joe burger recipe is easy peasy to make and can be put in the crook pot to keep on warm!

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1/2 C or more chopped mushrooms
- 1 tsp each salt, pepper & garlic
- 2 T yellow mustard
- 1 1/2C or more shredded cheese of choice
- 1 T WorcestershireSauce
- 1 T ketchup (optional)
- Buns
Instructions
- Add chopped bacon and mushrooms to the pan and allow to cook until bacon is almost cooked. Add in the ground beef, mustard, seasonings and cook until ground beef is done.
- Add in cheese, cook on low and let melt.
- Serve the sloppy joe on buns with all the fixings!
** if you choose to place in the crockpot, add 1/2 beef broth mixed with 1 T cornstarch to the meat mixture, then add to crockpot. Let heat on warm and add the cheese and let melt on warm setting.
** make some fry sauce to drizzle on top! 1/2 cup Mayo, 3 T ketchup, dash of Worcestershire sauce, dash of hot sauce.
