Ever crave two things at once?? Well I wanted cheeseburgers and Austin wanted tacos for dinner so I combined them two for a cheeseburger taco night! Folks, it did not disappoint!
Let’s get started!
Ingredients
Method
- In a bowl mix together the ground beef, garlic powder, onion flakes, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, salt and mustard. Add the ground beef to the pan and cook, add the onions and cook thoroughly, drain fat as needed.2. Once the beef is cooked add the cheese, stir and let melt. While the cheese is melting, make the fry sauce! Mix together the Mayo, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce. Set aside.3. Preheat oven to 350 and spray a pan with olive oil. Place your tortillas on the pan and spoon about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture on each tortilla (should be 5-6 total), drizzle the fry sauce on top of the meat mixture, fold in half and place on pan. Spray the tops of the tortillas with olive oil and bake for 15 minutes.4. Take out and allow to cool. Once cooked down serve with all the burger fixings! 5. Enjoy!
