No Bake Pumpkin Pie
I love to cook... but baking? I can mess up even the most simple of recipes! I’m always looking for easy desserts that I can take along or pull out when we have guests and no fail pies are my jam!
This pie is perfect for Friendsgiving and thanksgiving! And EASY!

Ingredients
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1/2 block cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz cool whip
- 1 cup pumpkin purée
- 3 Tbsp instant vanilla pudding powder
- 3 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
- Start with the first layer! Add the cream cheese, 1/2 container of cool whip and sugar. Mix well and place in the bottom of the pie crust, smooth out on the bottom.
- Now the second layer! Add the pumpkin, all 3 spices, vanilla pudding powder and milk and mix well. Place on top of the cream cheese mixture and smooth out.
- Now the last layer! Add the remainder of the cool whip to the top and smooth out. Place in the fridge for 3-4 hours.
- Enjoy!
