Mocha Latte
Ok ok, I’ll admit it. I’m not a big fan of chocolate and was worried how this latte would turn out, but I’ll be darn! I was literally drinking the chocolate sauce for this latte 😂
Not a coffee fan? Don’t add the coffee! Froth the milk mixture and consider it a decadent hot chocolate!

Ingredients
- Chocolate Syrup Ingredients
- 1/4 C unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 C water
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- (This recipe can be doubled! Heck, triple it!)
- Latte Ingredients
- 1 C milk
- 1/4 C coffee
- 3-4 T chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Let’s start with the sauce! In a small pot, combine the cocoa powder, sugar, water and vanilla extract. Mix well and let heat thoroughly. Remove from heat, let cool and pour into a jar.
- Let’s start the latte! In a small pot add the milk and chocolate syrup and whisk until combined and heated through. Add coffee to your favorite mug. Froth the milk mixture!
- Pour the frothed milk into your mug, drizzle chocolate syrup on top!
- Enjoy!
