Notes

Storage:
Store any leftover strawberry salsa in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Give it a fresh stir and allow it to sit out for 10 minutes to take the chill off before enjoying the leftovers.
We don't recommend freezing the salsa or making it too far in advance or it will muddy the flavors.
Tips:
  • Hull the strawberries before chopping. Use a small pairing knife and remove the green tops!
  • Make sure the strawberries are deep red in color. This means they are very ripe and will have the best juicy, sweet flavor.
  • Add other ingredients to the salsa. You can easily add other berries, watermelon, or even diced tomatoes for a twist.
  • Use a veggie chopper for ease! If you don't like chopping, buying a chopper makes it truly stress-free with minimal clean up.
  • Serve with all different grilled proteins like steak, salmon, shrimp, and chicken. This salsa can pair with pretty much any summer menu.
