- 2 C alfredo sauce (1 large jar)
- 2 steaks (your choice of cut)
- 1 package of frozen tortellini (2 cups)
- 1 C basil pesto
1. Place your steaks in a bowl or Ziploc bag with the basil pesto and let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour.2. Take the steak out and let warm up to room temperature. Pre-heat oven to 350° while this is happening.3. Place the steaks on a pan and bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until the steak is down to your preference.4. While the steak is cooking, start a pot of boiling water and get your tortellini cooked. Start your jar of Alfredo in a pan. If you are following my doctored-up recipe, follow it accordingly.5. Remove your steak from the oven, let rest 5 minutes, and slice.6. Place your tortellini in a bowl, top with steak and Alfredo.7. Enjoy!
