Pickle Verde

Ingredients
  

  • 1 jar dill pickles
  • 1 teaspoon dried drill
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2-3 Tbsp dill pickle juice
  • 1 jalapeño seeds removed

Method
 

  1. Take the dill pickles out of the jar. Put the pickles, jalapeño, garlic cloves and dill in a blender cup and add some of the pickle juice, a tablespoon at a time. Blend until smooth.
  2. Taste and add in more hot peppers until you reach the desired level of heat, adding more pickle juice as needed to get to the consistency/thickness that you want.
