- Combine all ingredients minus the chips and mash together.
- Let chill in the fridge for an hour, then serve with chips!Storage:Store leftovers in an airtight container with plastic wrap pressed directly on top of the surface to prevent any oxidation. This will keep in the fridge for 1-2 days, but the faster it's enjoyed, the fresher, and greener it will stay.Make this 1-2 days ahead of time: Mix together, then transfer to an airtight container — we suggest squeezing fresh lime juice right over the top, then pressing plastic wrap on the surface to remove any air pockets. Enjoy straight from the fridge after giving it a quick stir to refresh.
