Pickle Cheese Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shred it yourself!
  • 2 T cornstarch
  • 1.5 cans evaporated milk 12 oz
  • Chopped dill pickles
  • Splash of dill pickle juice
  • 1 tsp dry dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Mix the cornstarch and milk together. To a crockpot add the cheese, milk and cornstarch, chopped dill pickles, pickle juice and dried dill. Mix well and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours. Stir through out.
  2. If you are using a pot to cook on the stove, combine the gradients as above and cook on low heat. Do not let Summer.
  3. Once all combined and melted, top with more chopped pickles, and serve with your favorite chips or soft pretzels!
