Start by washing your strawberries, cut the stem off and cut in half. I then cut the middle part out to make it hallow. Line up your strawberries.
In a pan add a slice of butter and the kataifi. Cook on low heat until brown. Add to a bowl and mix on the pistachio butter. Mix well and set aside. Next melt your chocolate either in a double broiler or microwave.
Now it’s time to assemble. Add a teaspoon of the pistachio mix to each strawberry. Drizzle chocolate on top and either serve right away or cover and store in the fridge.
