Dubai Chocolate Deviled Strawberries

I fully understand the obsession with the viral Dubai chocolate bars now and the crunch from the kataifi mixed with the pistachio cream. It honestly was not what I expected and the taste was incredible. I decided to make “deviled strawberries”, using the pistachio mix for the filling and it did not disappoint!

I bought the ingredients online as it was kind of hard to find. The kataifi is linked here and the pistachio butter I used is linked here!

Let’s get started!

Ingredients

  • 12 strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 C kataifi shredded fillo dough
  • 1/2 C pistachio butter
  • 1/4 C melted chocolate

Instructions:

  1. Start by washing your strawberries, cut the stem off and cut in half. I then cut the middle part out to make it hallow. Line up your strawberries.
  2. In a pan add a slice of butter and the kataifi. Cook on low heat until brown. Add to a bowl and mix on the pistachio butter. Mix well and set aside. Next melt your chocolate either in a double broiler or microwave.
  3. Now it’s time to assemble. Add a teaspoon of the pistachio mix to each strawberry. Drizzle chocolate on top and either serve right away or cover and store in the fridge.

#ad Last year‘s backyard project was one of my fav #ad Last year‘s backyard project was one of my favorite outdoor projects, but the only thing that was missing was the space around my greenhouse, which was lacking appeal. You all know that I live in the middle of nowhere so getting material to me is quite difficult, but I was able to order everything for this project online through @truevalue. From the weed barrier, to the rubber mulch, wood sealer, and this cute bench, this project took me an afternoon to complete and it looks so much better! If you haven’t yet checked out true value for all of your outdoor needs, they have so much to offer, especially online! #TrueValuePartner
