- Using a food processor, pulse the potato chips into small crumbs. Place the potato chips in bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, garlic powder and dried dill. In a third bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Unwrap each babybel, coat in flour, then in eggs, then repeat again. Place potato chips and place all on a plate. I then like to place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
- Heat 1-inch of oil in a pot over medium-high. Fry the mozzarella sticks for 30 seconds each side or until golden brown on all sides Place on paper towels to absorb any extra grease. Serve while hot with a side of marinara sauce.Enjoy!
