Place chicken in a shallow dish or resealable plastic bag. Pour pickle juice over the top and try to get all chicken submerged. Cover and refrigerate for 1-4 hours. Remove from fridge, drain and pat dry.
Add your chicken to a ziploc bag and add the baking powder, dried dill, onion salt and garlic powder. Toss well to combine.
Place wings on a pan with a wire rack (this is important!). Spray with oil and bake at 425° for 50-60 min or until crispy making sure to flip half way through. You could also grill these or airfry at 400° for 40 min and flip half way through. Grilling will take less time!
