- Start by adding butter to a pan and melt. Add the chicken thighs to the pan, season with salt and pepper on both sides and sear 7 minutes on both sides. Set the chicken aside.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 3 minutes. Add the flour and mix well. Slowly pour in the milk and cream, Dijon mustard and remaining seasonings, mix well and let the sauce thicken.
- Once thickened, add chicken thighs back in and let cook for another 5-10 minutes. Through in the steamed broccoli and serve as is or over rice!Enjoy!
