Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a medium bowl add tomatoes, basil, garlic, olive oil, vinegar, and salt. Stir until combine. Place in fridge until ready to use.
- Oil a baking dish, unwrap the brie wheel and place in the center of the dish. Bake for 15 minutes then remove.
- Allow to cool for 5 minutes. Spoon the bruschetta topping onto the center of the brie. Spread over the top. Serve immediately with scoopers such as a sliced toasted baguette, crackers, or veggies!
