I’ll take it!! It’s so easy and you let it cook low and slow in the crockpot for a good 10 hours. The type of roast you use is up to you but I prefer a chuck roast or tender roast!

- Take a knife and stab the roast all over. Place in the crock pot and add all ingredients. Let cook on low for 10 hours. Shred and serve with your favorite sides.Favorite SidesI love to make a side of loaded mashed potatoes to go with this and by loaded I mean adding cheddar cheese (1/4 cups) sour cream (1/4 cup) bacon bits and spices.Homemade brown gravy.In a pot add 2 tablespoons of butter, let melt. Whisk in 2 tablespoons flour and mix well. Take 1 cup of the juice from the crockpot and pour in the pot whisking on low heat. If gravy gets too thick add a little water at a time.Enjoy!
