- 1 boneless chuck roast
- 1 packet beef gravy
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 white onion diced
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons mines garlic
- salt & pepper
Take a knife and stab the roast all over. Place in the crock pot and add all ingredients. Let cook on low for 10 hours. Whisk in 2 tablespoons flour and mix well. Take 1 cup of the juice from the crockpot and pour in the pot whisking on low heat. If gravy gets too thick add a little water at a time.Enjoy!
