This easy weeknight meal is simple to make and delicious! We love seafood and the salmon with the creamy savory sauce is SO good! If you are not into seafood- you could swap the salmon out for chicken easily! This could also be made with shrimp or just the pasta and sauce if you don’t eat meat or seafood! We ate most of this and did not have leftovers!

Let’s get started!

  5. Then add the garlic and saute for 1 minute
  6. Add in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer
  7. Add in salt, pepper, parsley, and Parmesan cheese and simmer for 3-5 minutes

I had only moved there 3 months prior to start over and really find myself. I had this random idea pop into my head to start a business, I was going to teach myself how to paint, create handmade items and sell them locally. I put zero thought into the name and decided to call my business “The Sassy Barn”.

10 years later, The Sassy Barn has surpassed my dreams. To our customers, retailers and my family and friends (who would buy from the trunk of my car at family reunions 😂), I can’t thank you enough for your business and support. I can’t wait to see what else this journey holds ❤️
