Tips for Success
- Choosing the Beef: For the best results, use a tender cut of beef like sirloin or tenderloin. These cuts cook quickly and stay tender.
- Slicing the Beef: To make slicing easier, partially freeze the beef for about 20 minutes before cutting. This firms up the meat, allowing for thinner slices.
- Variations: Feel free to add a splash of Worcestershire sauce or a teaspoon of smoked paprika for an extra depth of flavor.
