Italian Pinwheels
I love a good Italian hoagie and man to I miss the good delis in Philly that made them! Do you say hoagie or grinder? Anyways, I made these easy Italian pinwheels for a hike and they were so easy and tasty! Just a few simple ingredients!

Ingredients
- 1 block cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mild pepperoncini, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- salami
- ham
- provolone
- 1 T Italian seasonings
- Soft tortilla shells
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- in a bowl mix the cream cheese, tomatoes, pepperoncinis, Italian seasonings, salt & pepper and mix well. Spread 2 tablespoons or so of the mixture on a tortilla.
- Start layering the meats and cheese. First place 2 slices of provolone on the tortilla, then next layer with ham and salami. Roll up into a tight roll and start cutting at the end in 1 inch slices.
- Store in a container and enjoy! So great for a party or hike!
