Ham & Cheese Quiche
I tried to meal prep a few meals right before Tucker joined us and bought a few pie tins to make some freezer quiches. Ham and cheese is such an easy one to make and they freeze nicely for a future breakfast!

Ingredients
- 1 deep dish frozen pie crust (or homemade!)
- 1/2 Cup milk
- 3/4 Cup half & half
- 6 eggs
- 1 cups diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1tsp Italian seasonings
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Place the pie crust in the oven and let bake for 5-7 minutes. Take out. In a mixing bowl, add the milk, half & half, eggs, cheese and salt & pepper and whisk until blended.
- Place ham in the pie crust and pour egg mixture over top. Bake for 40 minutes.
- Once quiche is cooked, take out and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Cut into slices and plate.
- Wanting to freeze this? Bake, let cool and wrap in tinfoil a few times, date it and freeze it!
