Ham & Cheese Quiche

Ingredients
  

  • 1 deep dish frozen pie crust or homemade!
  • 1/2 Cup milk
  • 3/4 Cup half & half
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cups diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Italian seasonings
  • salt & pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Place the pie crust in the oven and let bake for 5-7 minutes. Take out. In a mixing bowl, add the milk, half & half, eggs, cheese and salt & pepper and whisk until blended.
  2. Place ham in the pie crust and pour egg mixture over top. Bake for 40 minutes.
  3. Once quiche is cooked, take out and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Cut into slices and plate.
  4. Wanting to freeze this? Bake, let cool and wrap in tinfoil a few times, date it and freeze it!
