Grilled Shrimp Tacos
It’s grill season and I couldn’t be more thrilled! Austin and I are both huge seafood fans and grilled seafood is our jam!
This is such an easy dinner that is 30 minutes and under! Let’s get started!

Ingredients
- 1 pound of shrimp, cleaned and diced into small pieces
- 1/2 cup corn
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tsp cilantro
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Chop up the shrimp into small pieces and place on a piece of tinfoil or a grill pan. Add the corn and the diced red onion. Sprinkle on the lime juice, cilantro, salt & pepper.
- Turn on grill and let heat up on medium heat. Place the shrimp mixture on the grill and allow to cook 7-8 minutes or until shrimp is pink. Place a few soft shell tortillas on the grill and let cook for 1 minute.
- Serve immediately with salsa, avocado and sour cream.
