Easy Bang Bang Shrimp
I loveeee bang bang shrimp! The sweet and spicy kick of the sauce is the best. I have an easy version that doesn’t require frying the shrimp either!

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/4 Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 tsp saracha (or more if you want a kick!)
- 1 Tablespoon butter
- Cooked rice or noodles
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Start by making the sauce. Mix together the mayo, chili sauce and saracha. Set aside.
- Add the butter to a pan, pat the shrimp dry and add to the pan with salt & pepper. Sauté for 5 minutes, until shrimp is pink.
- Add the sauce to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

- Serve with rice or noodles.
