
I made this and we ate the whole bowl in one sitting… the lack of control that we had with this guacamole was unreal but it was SO GOOD! Adding dill pickles and just a touch of the pickle juice really took this guacamole up a notch and I can’t wait to hear what you think about it!

Ingredients:
- 3 avocados, pitted and mashed
- 1/2 jalapeno, diced
- 2 tbsp. pickle juice
- 1/2 c. diced pickles, plus more for garnish
- 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp. chopped cilantro, plus more for garnish
- Corn chips, for serving
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients minus the chips and mash together. Let chill in the fridge for an hour, then serve with chips!
