Philly cheesesteaks have my heart. I grew up outside of Philly and I have fond memories getting cheesesteaks at my favorite mom and pop shops. I feel like there are many ways to make this Philly staple dish and I love it as a sloppy Joe version.

Let’s get started!

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion diced

  • ½ cup beef broth
