Cheesy Meatball Sliders
One of the easiest dinner nights! Whether you use frozen or fresh meatballs, this dish is perfect. I like to make a big batch of meatballs and freeze them! You can find my easy meatball recipe here.
Also- I like to add more minced garlic, we can’t get enough!

Ingredients
- 12 Kings Hawaiian Rolls
- 12 meatballs, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter softened
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasonings
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
- Mix the butter, Italian seasonings, salt and minced garlic and melt to make the garlic butter
- Arrange the rolls in a pan and use a serrated knife to cut a hole out of the middle of each roll. Brush the tops and side the hole with the garlic butter mixture evenly. Bake for 6 minutes to melt the butter and toast the rolls. Then remove from oven.
- Mix the mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Use half the cheese to place a small amount in each of the holes in the rolls. Stuff a meatball into the hole (if using frozen, thaw the meatballs, I like to simmer in the sauce) on top of the cheese, then spread on the sauce. Sprinkle the remaining half of the cheese over the top of the sandwiches.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the meatballs are hot and the cheese is melted.
