Air Fryer Chicken Parmesan
I never wanted an airfryer in my house... NEVER! Now? I can’t live without the darn thing! I make all kinds of delicious food in it now and my favorite of them all? CHICKEN PARMESAN! It turns out amazing every time in the airfryer!

Ingredients
- 2 large boneless chicken breasts
- Kosher salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 c. bread crumbs (I like Italian)
- 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp. Italian seasonings
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 c. marinara sauce
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella
- Freshly chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Butterfly chicken by cutting in half widthwise to create thin pieces of chicken. Season on both sides with salt and pepper.

- Place flour in a shallow bowl and eggs in a second bowl and beat. In a third bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasonings and garlic powder.
- Working with one piece of a chicken at a time, coat in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally press into panko mixture making sure both sides are coated well.
- Spray the bottom of the airfryer basket with olive oil, place chicken in basket of air fryer and spray the tops with olive oil. Airfry at 350° for 7 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3. Top chicken with sauce and mozzarella and cook at 375° for 3 minutes more or until cheese is melty and golden.
- Serve with pasta.
