I SWORE I would next own an air fryer… it’s true! I didn’t want one more kitchen gadget in my kitchen and kept telling myself I’d never use the thing. WRONG! I’ve had my air fryer from GoWise USA for 3 weeks and have used it just about every day. I bought the 7qt air fryer with the dehydrator and LOVE IT!
Ok, let me get back to dinner… this is THE BEST chicken Parmesan I’ve ever made. No really… THE BEST… all because of the air fryer and not having to deal with the grease!

- Butterfly chicken by cutting in half widthwise to create thin pieces of chicken. Season on both sides with salt and pepper. 2. Place flour in a shallow bowl and eggs in a second bowl and beat. In a third bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Italian seasonings and garlic powder.3. Working with one piece of a chicken at a time, coat in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally press into panko mixture making sure both sides are coated well.4. Spray the bottom of the airfryer basket with olive oil, place chicken in basket of air fryer and spray the tops with olive oil. Airfry at 350° for 7 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3. Top chicken with sauce and mozzarella and cook at 375° for 3 minutes more or until cheese is melty and golden.5. Serve with pasta.6. Enjoy!
