Let’s just que the Mariah Carey Christmas music while we make this latte, ok? I’ve been digging the homemade lattes lately and so has my wallet. Don’t get me wrong, coffee shops are my jam but I do love to tweak coffees and lattes to suit my tastebuds.

- 1. In a medium saucepan over a medium heat, add milk and then mix in the brown sugar, ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg and whisk until well combined and let heat up. Don’t let simmer or boil!2. Prepare the 3/4 cup of coffee and set aside while milk mixture is heating up.3. Froth the milk mixture and pour over top of the coffee.Enjoy!
